Without active vice cops and my Open Permit idea, there would be no need why this lady, Chanel Graham would have a problem.
Really what is wrong with the situation here, is a money grab with no real intention to real legalization, just booze and cigarettes. Both of that are wrong. They still ban vapes and they tend to lessen the nasty smell.
