We need a Mayor to stand up for cutting vice enforcement and Car 87 (forced medical/mental treatment) and focus the police on Rapes, Murders, Theft and Fraud investigation, not the trivial and subjective. If it takes a court case to end a useless quango that tries to prevent this, so be it. A Mayor has to see the law gets enforced, but at the most also where breaking it causes the most harm. Eccentrics and whores don’t.
